Notice Regarding Organizational Restructuring,Executive Appointments, and Key Personnel Changes

CAC Holdings Corporation hereby announces that we have decided on the following organizational restructuring, executive appointments, and key personnel changes.
1. Organizational Restructuring (Effective July 1, 2025)
a. With the establishment of CAC identity Corporation, the functions of the New Business Development Division will be integrated into CAC identity Corporation. Accordingly, the New Business Development Division and its subordinate Research and Development Center Department will be dissolved.
b. To strengthen collaboration between the CAC Group’s overall management strategy and its Research and Development activities, and to better contribute to the achievement of strategic goals, a new Research and Development Division will be established.
c. Under the newly established Research and Development Division, two new departments will be created: the Applied Technology Research Department, responsible for conducting applied research for future business creation, and the Development Department, responsible for developing and verifying technologies for commercialization.
d. The Product Management Group of the Asset-Based Business Promotion Department will be dissolved, and its functions will be transferred to the Development Department within the Research and Development Division.
