CAC Holdings Corporation (the "Company") announces that on November 27, 2023, it completed the payment procedure for the disposal of treasury shares as part of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (J-ESOP) that was announced in the Notice of Disposal of Treasury Shares through Private Placement Due to Introduction of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (J-ESOP) dated November 10, 2023 (the "Disposal").
